The response of the receptionist staff was exceptional. I arrived before the check-in time, but they allowed me to check in early, which was highly appreciated. They were helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The location of the hotel couldn't be any more convenient, with the metro station just 2 minutes away and many amazing attractions, shopping streets, and restaurants within walking distance. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service and unbeatable location.

Our stay at this centrally located hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a great shower. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was comprehensive. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and many of the main sights within easy walking distance. It was a great value for our money and we would definitely recommend it.

We had a great stay at Austria Trend Hotel! The staff was amazing and super friendly. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of food options, including delicious yoghurt, assorted bread, cheese, meat, and coffee. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. The location was superb, allowing us to easily walk to museums, palaces, and anywhere else we wanted to go.

The hotel was fairly clean with a great restaurant. Lots of supplies in the room : central heating, a safe and a mini bar fridge. Tasty breakfast, food was outstanding!

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city. It is just minutes away from popular tourist attractions such as the Opera House and the Market. There are some accessibility issues with the hotel. The main entrance and bathroom have a few steps, which might be difficult for some people.

Broken air conditioning.

The hotel is centrally located, close to popular streets and landmarks such as Graben Str., Kartner Str. and St. Stephan Cathedral. The recent refurbishment ensures everything is new and the cleanliness is impeccable. Wi-Fi is excellent and the staff is very friendly. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quietness and comfort of the rooms.
